How Do I Order And Pay For My Logo?
Ordering your logo is simple. All you have to do is fill out our online order form with your contact information and a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We will accept certified checks, and wire transfers, but must receive full payment before we can process your order.

How Long Does The Design Process Take?
You will receive your initial logo designs within 5 to 7 business days of your order, depending on which package you select. You can select our Rush Delivery service for an additional $200 and your designs will be ready in only 2 business days.

How Will My Logo Be Delivered?
Once your design has been finalized, it will be sent to you via email or on a CD-ROM depending on the package you order.

What File Formats Will My Logo Be Delivered In?
Your files will be supplied in the following formats:

1. EPS VERSION: Created in Adobe Illustrator, this is a format that can be imported into most desktop publishing software. It is also the format used for making signs, silk screening, embroidery, etc.

2. 72 DPI GIF or JPEG VERSION: This is the file format most commonly used for display on web pages, and is readable by both MAC and PC.

3. 300 DPI JPEG and TIFF VERSION. These formats are ideal for high resolution printing, and can be imported into most MAC and PC desktop software.

Will My Logo Be Ready To Use?
Yes. You will be able to send your files directly to your printer or service bureau for output, as well as use them inhouse with your own software applications. We suggest you order your files on disk if you do not know how to send files through email.

Can I Order A Logo If I Am In Another Country?
Yes, please do. Thanks to the Web we can communicate with anyone anywhere. Our online proofing process lets us work with clients abroad as easily as with those right in our own back yard. We have designed logos for clients in Spain, England, Belgium, Canada and all across the US. (All funds must be paid in US dollars via major credit card).

We will use our design expertise to mold your ideas into a practical and memorable logo, but make the most of your 4 designs by providing us with as much information about what your expectations are and what you are looking for in a logo as you can. A great way to do this is to find some existing logos that you really like. You can look through our samples to see which of the logos we've designed in the past appeal to your taste. Also, you should think about what kind of a logo you want, an illustrative logo ( includes an illustration or picture ), a graphic logo (includes a symbol or mark), or a logotype ( unique use of an original font ), or a combination of all three.

Do You Offer Printing Services?
We are more than happy to have your materials printed and delivered to your door, however, we have found it is best for you to use a printer located in your area. All print jobs are quoted on an individual basis.
